McHenry County - ND issued the following announcement.
The McHenry County Commissioners are accepting applications for Tax Director.
Applicants must have a basic knowledge of County Government and experience in using legal descriptions. Applicant must hold a current Tax Equalization Certificate or complete the Tax Equalization Certification program with the North Dakota State Supervisor of Assessment within three (3) years of appointment. Knowledge of principles and practices of real property appraisal, assessment, and descriptions, surveyor/land measurements would be helpful. Applicants must possess excellent interpersonal, organization, communication (written and verbal) and decision making skills, and be proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software. Applicants must have valid North Dakota drivers license with clean driving record.

Applications will be accepted until 4:00 P.M. on Friday, May 20, 2022. They may be mailed or delivered to the McHenry County Auditor’s office, 407 Main St S Rm #201, Towner, ND 58788.
