On October 13, Cramer commented on the release of hostages held by Hamas, stating, "This is truly a historic day. I’m so grateful all living hostages have been returned to their loved ones after two years in captivity. As we celebrate their freedom we must remember to pray for the families of those murdered by Hamas terrorists. Thank you @POTUS for your".

The following day, Cramer congratulated the University of North Dakota for its military-friendly designation. In his October 14 post, he wrote, "Congratulations to @UofNorthDakota for rightfully earning Gold recognition as a 2025-26 Military Friendly School! You set the standard for what it means to support our service members, veterans, and their family members." The Military Friendly School designation is awarded to institutions that demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting military students and their families.

Later on October 14, Senator Cramer discussed his participation in the UAS Summit and announced a new defense initiative in Grand Forks. He posted, "I was honored to virtually address attendees at this year's UAS Summit and announce @319thRW will serve as the home of the new Point Defense Battle Lab. I talk so much about this ecosystem in Grand Forks because its importance can’t be overstated." The UAS Summit focuses on unmanned aerial systems and related defense technologies.
