BreatheND issued the following announcement on March 17.
In the past two years, an outbreak of e-cigarette or vaping associated lung injuries (EVALI) has emerged. These injuries resulted in more than 2,800 hospitalizations or death and have been reported in all 50 states. The median age of patients was 24 years and ranged from 13–85 years. Research is ongoing.
