North Dakota Department of Transportation issued the following announcement on April 13.
Even during the worst winter storms, hospitals across the state rely on blood to help save lives. The NDDOT is incredibly proud of our snowplow operators who not only clear the roads to keep people safe, but sometimes to help deliver life-saving supplies during the worst conditions.
