North Dakota Department of Transportation issued the following announcement.
Here is a quick look at our workers out in the field, installing water barriers on I29 southbound at mile 166, just south of the Warsaw/Minto exit. A lane closure is in place until the water is no longer covering the roadway. If you are in the area, please use caution and obey the posted reduced speed limit.
