North Dakota Department of Transportation issued the following announcement.
Our system upgrade has begun. Beginning today through May 8, online services will be unavailable including our kiosk locations. Driver License and Motor Vehicle offices will be closing this week as well for the upgrade.
All services will resume Monday, May 9. Customers who do not schedule an appointment should expect significant delays. To schedule an appointment, visit dot.nd.gov.
