Congratulations to NDDOT surveyor Greg Kolden for earning an Honorable Mention in the 2022 Governor's Photo Contest for Travel and Tourism, sponsored by North Dakota Commerce. On this morning he was 'hunting' with his digital camera at McKenzie Slough Wildlife Management Area near Bismarck when he came across some ducks at sunrise. Kolden has been a photographer since the 1980s and says, "I like the challenge of birds in flight." Beautifully done, Greg!
