The Fire Protection Research Foundation (FPRF), the research affiliate of NFPA, has received grant funding for four projects, including two funded by the FEMA Federal Emergency Management Agency (AFG) and two funded by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). FPRF will serve in an advisory service capacity for five additional grants, including three with FEMA Federal Emergency Management Agency AFG, one with the U.S. Department of Transportation, and one through the NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
