How many people were old enough to vote in Mchenry County during 2021?

Of the 5,420 citizens living in Mchenry County in 2021, 76.2% were old enough to vote, equating to 4,131 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 2,132 were male, constituting 51.6%, and 1,999 were female, making up 48.4%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Mchenry County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 76.1%.
