On June 20, 2025, Senator Cramer noted the visit of students from Cando and Hillsboro to Washington, D.C., despite the challenging subtropical climate. He mentioned their insightful inquiries regarding his legislative work: "Students from Cando and Hillsboro weathered the subtropical climate of Washington, D.C.! They had great questions about my service in the House and Senate."

Later that day, Senator Cramer highlighted a meeting with student-officers from the Class of 2026 at Capitol Hill. He acknowledged their potential as future leaders trained by the U.S. Army War College: "The @us_awc plays a pivotal role in developing innovative, adaptable, highly-skilled, and strategic leadership. I enjoyed meeting with student-officers from the Class of 2026 during their visit to Capitol Hill. They are the future and will set the standard for years to come."
