Senator Kevin Cramer, representing North Dakota, posted several updates on July 18, 2025, highlighting visits and achievements relevant to his state and national interests.

In a tweet from July 18, 2025, Senator Cramer expressed appreciation for Scott Davis’s visit and work in Indian Affairs: "Thank you, Scott Davis, fellow North Dakotan and long-time friend, for stopping by to update me on your work as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of @Interior for Indian Affairs." Davis serves as the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs at the U.S. Department of the Interior.

Later that day, Senator Cramer acknowledged the completion of a significant business deal involving two major energy companies. On July 18, 2025 he wrote: "Congratulations to @HessCorporation and @Chevron on completing their deal! Hess has been a leader and essential player in the development of the Bakken in North Dakota. Its assets in North Dakota, Ghana, and beyond are excellent additions to Chevron, just as John Hess will be a". The merger between Chevron and Hess Corporation marks a major consolidation in the oil industry. Hess Corporation has played an important role in developing oil resources in North Dakota's Bakken formation.

In another post later that evening on July 18, 2025, Senator Cramer commented on General Guetlein’s confirmation: "After getting to know General Guetlein while he was visiting Grand Forks and Cavalier, I can’t think of anyone better to build on @POTUS’ vision for Golden Dome. Congratulations on your confirmation and I look forward to working with you to keep our nation safe." General Guetlein’s recent confirmation is related to efforts supporting national security initiatives under President Biden's administration.
