The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Zachary Raknerud, Zach for North Dakota, refunded $250 to Joyce Dobmeier on September 13, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Zach for North Dakota refunded $250 total since April 1.
